The minimum and maximum order amounts are not specified by us. However, you are strongly advised to get in touch with us before placing the order if it is for more than 100 pieces.

Depending on the quantity of the order, we can deliver to a few different areas of Cheras. When you provide your address during the checkout process, we will let you know if your order is ready for delivery.

All deliveries are subject to a standard cost of RM5. If delivery is attempted to the given delivery address but the recipient cannot be reached, an additional RM10 will be charged for redelivery.

Sorry! We are unable to distribute outside of the areas covered due to the nature of our ice cream, which is quickly melted. If we do not offer delivery in your area, please send us an email using the form on our Contact Us page, and we will do our best to assist you!

Dry ice is not included in your order. Every order of ice cream from us comes with a reusable cooler bag to help keep your ice cream cold until you get home!
